Description: R Markdown provides an incredibly powerful tool for authoring reports from R. R Markdown is "hands down the easiest and most elegant method to creating rich documents that contain data analysis, figures, mathematical formulas, and text." - Claus Wilke Professor of Integrative Biology at The University of Texas at Austin. Now we would like to introduce you to flexdashboard! Flexdashboard leverages R Markdown to publish data visualizations as a dashboard. Flexdashboard is an easy way to quickly create dashboards, ideal for publishing visualizations with flexible and easy to specify layouts. When you use flexdashboard, charts are intelligently re-sized to fill the browser and adapted for display on mobile devices. In this webinar you'll learn how to create your own flexdashboards with a variety of layouts, including tabset panels, navbars, and multiple pages.
