Webinar Description: RStudio Community is an online forum striving to be a friendly place to discuss R and RStudio tools. Millions of people work with these tools, and they are built and sustained by a large community of people. But day-to-day many of us work solo or in small siloed groups. Just as regularly connecting with your neighbors strengthens your local community, regularly connecting with follow data scientists strengthens our communities of practice. It's nice to have a place to ask questions and learn best practices from others working on similar problems with similar technologies, and it's intrinsically rewarding to give back to the community you've benefited from. This webinar hosts a panel to explore RStudio's online community forum, how you can benefit from it, how you can contribute, and the values that define it.
Logistics: Only 1,000 live attendees are allowed in the Webinar on a first come first serve basis. It is typical for many people who register to not attend (which is why registration does not guarantee access.) If for any reason you cannot make the webinar or cannot get in we will provide links to the recording as well as all materials within 48 hours.
