Webinar Description:

RStudio Community is an online forum striving to be a friendly place to discuss R and RStudio tools.

Millions of people work with these tools, and they are built and sustained by a large community of people. But day-to-day many of us work solo or in small siloed groups.

Just as regularly connecting with your neighbors strengthens your local community, regularly connecting with follow data scientists strengthens our communities of practice.

It's nice to have a place to ask questions and learn best practices from others working on similar problems with similar technologies, and it's intrinsically rewarding to give back to the community you've benefited from.

This webinar hosts a panel to explore RStudio's online community forum, how you can benefit from it, how you can contribute, and the values that define it.

  • Mara Averick - Tidyverse Developer Advocate
  • Cole Arendt - RStudio Solutions Engineer
  • Jonathan McPherson - RStudio Software Engineer
